ESD Realty, LLC formerly known as Dass Associates, Inc., is a minority-owned, full service Real Estate Brokerage and Appraisal firm, managed by U.S. Army Veteran Mr. Earnest Dass. In the early 80’s, Mr. Dass began pursuing his passion in residential real estate as an investor in the Washington, DC metro area. As an investor, Mr. Dass honed his skills in residential sales, marketing, appraising, and property and tenant management before becoming a Virginia Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser. For the past two decades, as an entrepreneur, Mr. Dass has provided real estate brokerage and appraisal services to individual homeowners and institutional clients throughout the Northern Virginia market.

Before forming ESD Realty, Mr. Dass worked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in the Home Loan Guaranty Program in Washington, D.C. As a senior appraiser, he provided appraisal oversight to VA’s fee panel appraisers in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. As a realty loan specialist, he provided guidance to military Veterans and VA management on the Specially Adapted Housing program, a grant program designed to provide barrier free living to severely disabled Veterans and active duty service members. His expertise in buying, selling, managing, and appraising homes will ensure your next real estate experience is a pleasant one.

Since relocating to Cartersville area, Mr. Dass holds an active Georgia Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser License.  He's also certified by the nationally recognized Vendors Resource Management in Real Estate Owned, Broker Price Opinion, and in Property Preservation and Maintenance. Mr. Dass holds a master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from The Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.
